great value in a prime location
The hotel is perfectly situated, a mere 2-minute walk from the beach. The staff were warm and friendly. The pool area had ample sunbeds, and the drinks were reasonably priced. Our room was spacious with a nice balcony view.
The check-in process took longer than expected, with around 40 minutes at the desk. The bathroom showed some signs of wear and wasn't as clean as hoped.

You can also visit Tia Jass Restaurant that offers excellent meals. It is adjacent to the airport.

Private parking onsite provided. Great breakfast for all tastes with main courses. Marvellous and super location near to lovely beach as well as Cala Millor which is a lovely resort.

Check-in took an eternity with unnecessary paperwork!!! The pool area was far too small and crowded for relaxation!!! Needs improvement in bathroom cleanliness and outdated facilities!!!

The hotel had interesting decorations that made the common areas feel lively. I enjoyed the spacious Junior Suite with a balcony, where I could relax and enjoy the views. The check-in process took a bit longer than I'd hoped, but the pool area was spacious with plenty of sunbeds available, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Cala Millor. Being so close to the beach was a definite plus, as it took only a short stroll to get there.

Fantastic stay, modern amenities, really good service and helpful staff. Clean rooms, close to beach and shopping. Perfect for a family vacation, highly recommend this hotel!

The Junior Suite with Balcony offered a fantastic sea view and was cleaned daily. Drinks and snacks were reasonably priced, nice for a more relaxed experience by the pool with ample sunbeds available.
The check-in process was painfully slow, taking around 40 minutes, frustrating when you're just looking to drop your bags and unwind. The soundproofing between rooms is lacking, leading to disturbances from neighbors, whether it's snoring or alarms going off. Some areas of the bathroom showed signs of wear that were less than ideal, and there were hiccups with getting clean linens promptly, which detracted from comfort.
